Hi, I’m Christine Gutay. I’m a freelance WordPress website designer and developer based in Manila, Philippines dedicated to helping you showcase your brand in the best possible way I know — results-driven websites.

My story

A year before I graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, I had an opportunity to intern as a Junior WordPress website developer at a start-up digital solutions agency. I realized that it was not only a pretty exciting work to have, I will also be able to help other small businesses and organizations to establish or to enhance their brand online.

When I graduated amid the COVID-19 pandemic where businesses were struggling and people started spending more time online, I decided to continue pursuing web design and development and specialize in WordPress and Elementor. After months of studying and saving up money, here I am with my portfolio.

I am eager to work with small businesses and various organizations, although I would certainly enjoy designing and developing for well-established companies and organizations too!

When I’m not designing websites or searching for web design inspirations, you can find me geeking about my favorite Netflix shows, listening to pop music, and trying new cooking recipes.

My Process

Preparation

I will ask you questions about your brand, what you do and why. This way, I will have a clear understanding of what you want to see in your website as well as your brand's needs.

Design & Development

I will create a moodboard to serve as a visual reference of the look and style of your new website. Once you're happy with the design, I will start the development in WordPress, checking in with you throughout the process.

Launch

After developing all the pages and giving it the necessary optimization, I will put the website live. Tutorial videos will be available to walk you through how to edit and manage the site on your own.
